Along the River Bank

This is the 2nd Oil painting I did on 26th & 27th January this year. I did this one by following a tutorial online and am really grateful for these great tutorial sites out there!
I'm rather pleased with this one.

This is my 3nd painting I did on 5th Februaury this year. I totally love Oil painting, it is so rewarding and relaxing. This one I did from my own imagination.

Little Knitted Bags

These are the little bags I knitted last summer in 2005. I gave them to my niece. They're just big enough to put a few crystals inside or a really small hand held toy. My niece puts her money in the white one.

My First Oil Painting

This is my first Oil painting I did last Saturday 31st December 2005. It was fun to do and I was pleased with the result. I had done better than I expected. Also there is so much room for improvement. I know the more I practise the better I'll become with the paints.
With this painting of the Vase, I followed this tutorial, which I found easy to follow. I was grateful for finding this tutorial as I needed something simple to do my first painting.
